Tell your parents and teachers about the Curriculum
Center, for they might want to go there for more good book ideas. (They'll
also find lots of other web information on other topics at the Center.)
If you're in Grades 4 up, try the Newbery
Awards and List
of Newbery Books to find a really good book. By going to the Calgary Site's Best Books
and Book Awards,
you'll find so many lists and good books that you won't know what to read
first.
If you love picture books, try Caldecott
Awards.
If you are in Grades 3 up, you'll appreciate Reader's
Theater Editions where you can find some very nice scripts (plays)
to read and download to your computer.

The Children's Literature Web Guide's Online
Children's Stories contains a number of stories, activities, and art
available for reading or downloading. Links jump to Songs and Poetry,

for Children and Young Adults with stories from Dr. Seuss and Ludwig Bemelmans;
and Children's Writings which links to a number of sites containing interesting
